After being absent for almost two months, Max, the beloved pet of the family, finally managed to return to his home.
The family of a man who went missing in San Antonio, Texas last May had lost all hope of finding him again. However, their worries were put at ease when a stray dog was discovered in a nearby neighborhood, thanks to the Bexar Regional Sheriff’s Office. A lost dog poster that had been displayed at a local business helped Perez, an officer, recall the man’s case and he went to the spot where the dog was found.
Max stayed on at Limelight Media and wasted no time in getting in touch with the family to verify that the lost pet belonged to them. Following that, they were advised to leave.
It’s a mystery how Max was able to survive on his own, but his family was relieved and excited to have him back home. His two human siblings were especially emotional, with one of them crying and giving Max lots of hugs. Thankfully, Perez and other kind people helped bring Max back to his safe home thanks to a Good Samaritan who reported seeing him in the neighborhood.
