Introducing Kit, a senior dog rescued from the streets of Turkey. After a long journey to the United States, Kit finally met her new mom, Lindsay Paluba, and was thrilled to find a safe and loving home. Despite being skinny and exhausted, Kit’s spirits were lifted, and she now sports a perfect gummy smile after having her front teeth removed. Adjusting to a comfortable life indoors took some time, but Kit found solace in her new bed and quickly learned to love the attention and affection from her new family and fur siblings. Her nervousness dissipated, and now she never stops wagging her tail and asking for pets.
With a mix of excitement and caution, Kit’s tail began to wag as she approached. She was filled with love but it took some time for her to unleash it all. However, soon after, Kit broke out of her shell completely and began to show her true happy self. According to Paluba, it only took a couple of days for Kit’s smile and tail wag to transform from timid to joyful. Her guard came down the moment she met her furry siblings.
Due to Kit’s health issues, she couldn’t engage with her siblings as much as she wanted. However, this didn’t hinder her from having a strong fascination with them. According to Paluba, Kit enjoys following her siblings around while wagging her tail. Paluba believes that Kit finds comfort in their presence and feels secure around them.
Ever since Kit arrived, her health and personality have been improving steadily. She used to be a shy pup, but now she radiates love and vitality, taking over the house with her vibrant energy. According to Paluba, she’s become quite the diva – monopolizing all of the dog beds without any discrimination! As each day passes, Kit continues to reveal more of her unique personality. Her favorite activities include rolling around in the grass, mealtime, getting pets, and playing ball. It’s safe to say that she has officially become an integral part of the family.
Kit is currently undergoing treatment to address her weight and skin issues, but she is grateful for the unwavering support of her loving family. Despite her struggles, this adorable pup remains happy and enthusiastic about life. According to Paluba, Kit always has a smile on her face and has become the perfect addition to their family. They love her more than anything!
